I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2006 and have worked in private practice since qualification. In 2010, I founded Physiotherapy Works, where I am Clinical Director. My clinical work focuses on women’s health physiotherapy, cancer rehabilitation, and Pilates-based rehabilitation, helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.
My women’s health practice supports women across all life stages, treating pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel symptoms, pelvic pain, prolapse, pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, and perimenopause and menopause-related musculoskeletal changes. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to real life.
I also specialise in cancer rehabilitation, supporting people before, during, and after treatment. This includes managing fatigue, joint and muscle pain, lymphoedema and lymphoedema risk, cording (axillary web syndrome), scar and soft tissue tightness (including mastectomy and other surgical scars), reduced strength and mobility, and confidence returning to activity. I have a particular interest in breast and gynaecological cancer recovery.
Pilates is central to my clinical approach. I deliver mat-based Pilates classes, studio-based small group sessions, online live-streamed classes, and 1:1 reformer Pilates, integrating physiotherapy principles into every session to support rehabilitation and long-term movement confidence.
I am passionate about delivering individualised, high-quality care, combining hands-on treatment, education, and exercise to help people feel strong, capable, and in control of their health.
