Your appointment will include a detailed assessment to identify the cause of your symptoms, followed by a personalised treatment plan. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, movement retraining, and advice to support recovery and prevent recurrence.

We offer an initial assessment followed by detailed feedback to parents and carers. We can then work together to formulate an individual, tailor-made treatment plan to meet your child’s rehabilitation needs.

Paediatric Physiotherapy focuses on the development of your child through facilitated play, hands-on techniques and encouragement of normal movement patterns. We use a wide range of treatment approaches and equipment to make learning and rehabilitation a very positive and enjoyable experience.

Meet Tyler – Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Tyler graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Nottingham in 2022. He has a strong passion for rehabilitation and specialises in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

He treats a wide range of injuries and pain presentations, helping patients reduce pain, restore movement and rebuild strength through clear, structured rehabilitation plans. Tyler focuses on delivering long-term results — not just short-term symptom relief — so patients can return confidently to sport, work and everyday life.

Tyler is trained in Hydrotherapy, using water-based rehabilitation to support recovery following injury or surgery, particularly when pain or reduced mobility limits land-based exercise.

He is also qualified in Shockwave Therapy, an evidence-based treatment for persistent tendon pain and chronic conditions such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy, offering an effective option when symptoms haven’t settled with standard treatment.

Tyler is committed to supporting each individual every step of the way with a professional, approachable style that keeps rehabilitation clear and achievable.

Rebecca is an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and fun. She has spent over 20 years working in the health and fitness industry, with a diverse portfolio that includes gymnastics coaching, running strength and conditioning sessions, and leading spin and HIIT classes. Rebecca has also competed in and coached CrossFit and is a Level 2 British Weightlifting coach. Outside the clinic, she can often be found coaching at local and national weightlifting competitions—or having a go herself.

A dedicated athlete, Rebecca competes nationally and internationally in weightlifting. She became Masters British Champion in 2022 and 2024 in the W40 59kg class and recently achieved 5th place at the W40 55kg Masters World Championships in Poland, 2023.

Rebecca is passionate about helping her patients return to their daily activities, hobbies, and sports. She draws on her extensive knowledge and experience to tailor treatment strategies to each individual, ensuring a personalised approach to rehabilitation.

Amna is a dedicated and highly skilled physiotherapist who qualified with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. She began her professional career with the Pakistan Army, where she completed comprehensive clinical rotations and developed a strong foundation in evidence-based rehabilitation.

In 2021, Amna further specialised by completing a Master’s in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation. She subsequently worked as a Lecturer and Clinical Physiotherapist at Riphah International University, Islamabad, combining academic teaching with hands-on clinical practice.

Driven by a passion for continuous professional development, Amna moved to the UK to further enhance her expertise in rehabilitation. She has since completed a Master’s in Advanced Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University, broadening her clinical knowledge and strengthening her skills in delivering patient-centred care.

Originally from Japan, Hina qualified in 2018 and completed her MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2023. She combines strong clinical expertise with a calm, compassionate approach to care.

Hina treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, creating tailored rehabilitation plans focused on long-term recovery — not just short-term relief. She helps patients return confidently to sport, work and everyday life.

She has specialist expertise in Cancer Rehabilitation, supporting individuals before, during and after treatment to manage fatigue, weakness, pain and post-surgical recovery in a safe and empowering way.

Amie graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2006 and has worked in private practice since then. In 2010, she founded Physiotherapy Works, where she serves as Clinical Director. Her clinical expertise focuses on Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Cancer Rehabilitation, and Pilates-based rehabilitation, helping clients move better, regain strength, and rebuild confidence in their bodies.

In her women’s health practice, Amie supports women across all life stages, addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel symptoms, pelvic pain, prolapse, pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, and musculoskeletal changes associated with perimenopause and menopause.
